Moved

A Create Space event

Magic, movement, and connection lit up the stage

Moved! was part of the A List Create Space Arts Initiative that invited all people of all neurotypes to explore the power of movement in its many forms. Through play, creativity, and connection, this event celebrated the ways we are moved—by people, by community, and by movement itself.

Three unique activities included:

Movement Workshop – Join a professional choreographer in an inclusive, expressive workshop designed for all abilities. Move, connect, and explore what movement means to you.

Move LEGO  – Build something that moves! Using LEGO, create structures that reflect movement—whether mechanical, organic, or entirely your own invention.

Silent Movement Installation – Witness or participate in a mirrored movement experience, where professional dancers and strangers engage in silent, synchronised motion, blurring the line between observer and performer.

Moved! was a space to feel, create, and connect in a way that works for you. Whether you dance, build, or observe, this is your moment to be part of something.

✨ 102 people of all neurotypes joined us
🧠 6 neurodivergent artists led the workshops
🙌 6 staff members were trained in inclusion with support from our partner, Aspect
